HiPer Access Router card - password recovery

What is the console password recovery for the hiper router card? I'm setting up a rack with 14 DSP cards, 2 router cards, and 2 130A PS. Scott: I am not using RADIUS server. I think your suggestion is close. I currently have a system where the dial-in bank (similar to 3COM TC), which uses pap authentication & it works. Authentication

Hello List: I am having problem with authentication using a 3Com. Following is my system: - O/S is RH 6.2 LINUX - Authentication is pap In LINUX, I have set both ARC1 & ARC2 in the /etc/hosts table. I can ping both ARC1 & ARC2 from LINUX box. Using CLI, I have set the ARC cards with the following settings: - set ppp authentication_preference pap - set ppp receive_authentication pap - set authentication primary_server 12.21.237.3 (LINUX Server) - save all When I try authenticating a user: _auth user pw there is a long delay and the authentication fails with an status: 1431135503 Any suggestion? Hello List: Last week I posted the question about "Trunk Settings". Several people tried to help and gave good suggestions. It did not solve the problem. After further investigation, I found out that I was not doing a software save of settings. Once I did that, the line is NOW up. Just wants to thank everybody. Throughput half the connect speed.

Anyone have an explanation how throughput as measured by bing and bandwidth.com being half or less the connect speed? One box recently has 50,333 connects and 20kb downloads. Jim Tarvid
