HiPer DSP card problems

I have a Hiper DSP card, connected to CT1. The card went belly up over the weekend. I pulled it several times today and had it restart. About three times it would start up correctly and run for about ten minutes then reboot and go into alarm state, Red RN/FL and a single yellow light on one of the utilization lights on the bottom. During boot up I had the console card connected and when the card would properly boot up I had several messages on the laptop screen and it finally ended with a prompt wanting the Hiper DSP console password. When I hit enter nothing happens and I can get no response. When the card does not boot up properly I get the same initial boot up messages but do not wind up with a passowrd prompt but rather get the following on the laptop screen: !!----------> SDL2 for the PPC403 <------------!! __ Enter Download Trigger __ Flash Image Has Valid CRC, Loading Image.... Diagnostic Power-Up Failure Manufacturing Info -> 1AAA13M0 Mode/Env -> 1/0 Fault Code -> 0-8-25-1 Expected Data -> f011c4fc Received Data -> f01100fc Text Message -> Address Equals Data Test Failure Info Message -> Second read failed. Hard error indicated. One time the last line read Info Message -> Second read failure. Soft error indicated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Here's what I'd do: Restore your DSP to factory defaults. Save Settings, Reboot it. In Trunk Settings, change nothing, just set the PRI Switch Type to DMS100. Save Settings, Reboot it. At this point, the DSP is set correctly. Then connect to the console port on the ARC. Do a "list chassis" and see that the slot the DSP is in is owned by the Hiper ARC. If so, it should answer the line. If not, it's the Telco's problem. Don't consider myself an expert, but that ALWAYS works - I've set up dozens, if not hundreds, of these, and it is ALWAYS the same. I am still struggling with this 3Com Chassis. Telco tells me that when I connect the T1 / PRI to HiPer DSP, D-Channel stops working. Does this help and answering as to what is going on? I need help. R2 Circuit on TC

Hallos, Am running a dial-in service on TC HiperArc V5.0.9 and HiperDSP E1 R2 with V2.1.9. I have a problem in that at times calls are terminated only on odd or even numbered channels. NMC Help

I have a TC that I am having trouble with. Here is the issue. I had an NMC card that went down so I took it out and put it back in worked fine for about a week. So I bought a new Hiper NMC and installed it worked great for about 10 days and went down. I took it out and popped it back in and it came back up, no configuration lost at all. Chances of two NMC doing the same thing are slim. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I may try to figure this out.
