Reconfiguring old modems

We have a old TC Hub that I would like to reconfigure so I can put it down at one of our tower sites. But I need some help with it. I am unable to find any of the manuals that came with it. Right now it is setup as a PRI incoming I need to switch Card 1 (all 4 modems) to Analog Incoming with DTE on and card 2 for dial out via the RS232 cables. Anyone know how to do this? Trouble with NAT

I have NAT working on my Total Control 1000. The problem is that when i have users (one or more) conected to the modems, i can't ping the public ip, so i can't monitor or telnet the equipment when people are using it. Any idea ? Thanks, Nicolas.

Pablo, I am not aware of any way to pull the flash image from a secondary card. In fact, I'm fairly certain that you are not able to flash the card unless you have a flash file, which can be uploaded via console or TCM/CEM. If you find otherwise, please post it to the list. Hi: I have a Hiper DSP Card with the run/fl light blinking, the card's flash gives a CRC error. (i see this whem using the console port). I have other's card working fine but i don't know how i can download the flash from these other cards., i tried with the Total control manager but i can flash the card only if i have the flash file beforehand. need help setting up a "telnet" user that telnets to a host

I'm trying to duplicate the functionality we have in our ascends, namely this user... unixuser Service-Type=Login-User, Login-Service=Telnet, Login-TCP-Port=23, Login-IP-Host=192.168.100.101 (This isn't merit radius, no need to comment that the syntax is wrong) is telneted directly to the ip host listed when he logs in. On the hiperarc, the call is just dropped. Any ideas? thx,
