We are turning up a POP with an ADTSE Channelized T1.
All of our other POPs are PRI, but not available at this CO
What happens: 4 seconds of silence and then busy signal
If I set "Trunk Type" to "E&M" I show a connection, but there are no tones and it never drops until
I hang up the phone.
Hardware: HiPerARC 5.2.102
HiPerDSP 3.1.7
HiPerNMC 8.2.7
Config: NMC: defaults with IP/Gateway
ARC: defaults, no config
DSP: defaults, with "Signal Mode" set to "Bit Robbed"
also "Trunk Type" set to "LoopStart" (as per CO instructions)
