It's easy to prevent this: At a minimum, turn off the Messenger service in Windows (not to be confused with MSN Messenger) For Windows 2000 and XP Click on Start Click Run Type: services.msc Double-click on Messenger Find Service status and select stop Click the scroll down box in Startup type, choose Disabled Click OK. For Windows 95, 98, and ME Click on Start Select Settings Click on Control Panel Double-click Add/Remove Programs Select Windows Setup Select System Tools Click Details Uncheck WinPopUp Click OK Reboot If you aren't already, you should be protecting your computer with several layers of security software. sorry for off topic again! Does anyone else on here get these messages ? from destroyads.com? i get one every 5-10mins a large pop up ad in the middle of my screen that you have to close - on it is a link to go and buy their product so i dont get their messages anymore! $24 - i have to pay them to stop sending me frigin messages!! what a cheek !! AAAARRGGGeeieuu # can you beleive it?? its like me going up to someone's house and posting fireworks through their leterbox - then ringing the doorbell - and saying - "I can stop this from happening! just give me some money!!" anyone know about triggering high voltage spike's through the net,so i can blow up their main office? obviously my version is more violent - but this has been going on for months!!! cheers !

I would love to get my hands on a copy of someone's Orb live 1993 Birmigham institute. I would be more than willing to exchange for other music I have that you may find interesting. I currently have 0 bootlegs and would love a good live one. I've seen the orb live a couple of times and would love to have another live mix. not wanting to stop mr_fetish (sleeves rolled up ready) ......sorry not quite orb, but I just wanted to ask for a system 7 suggestion, anyone. What is a recommended track that I might have missed that shows off mr hillages fine guitar talents (I've got sunburst & a couple of their CD's but don't know what to get next? I'm looking for some soaring and general interstellar acrobatics? (either on or off list - many thanks) thanks, bill (please feel free to share any of my stuff, cos it's already stolen) brooks P.S: been asked a couple times recently about "mix blockage". One thing I suggest is to put your key "track name" into a P2P search. Then modify, sample and mix a selection of what comes in. Eg: "orb" recently produced a nice mix of: orb, zorba the greek (speeding up sample), orbital (reversed sample), "don't fence me in"- loretta and oak ridge boys (ORB). The randomness of the process is often all you need.
