Rudder Printles for '81 Monty 15

Hello All: I'm getting my '81 Monty 15 ready for sailing and want to make a mast carrier that mounts to the rudder gudgeons. I measured the pintles on my rudder and the pins are 1/2" in diameter and about 1 3/4" long. I don't want to replace currently installed pintles or gudgeons if I can help it to get a matching set of pintles and gudgeons. Does anyone know where I can find these pintles or something close that will work? Looked on the internet but choices I found were very limited. Maybe I am just looking at the wrong websites. I posted on the trailer sailor message boards details of a sling made for my Monty 15 which one or two of you guys maybe interested in. Its cost is $212 without shipping. Yes Bownez, you are correct. Gail and I own hull #2 but the boat is not finished. We're still waiting for our rig and sails that we were promised (OCT 2010). (It's a long story. Keith asked us not to discuss it here. You're welcome to contact us for more info). There are also a few other mods needed. Howard, The popular consensus is that Jerry built 19 M23's.I have no idea as to the numbering scheme.Mine is 1979 vintage, as are most. FWIW. Hello Howard, My M23 measures 5'7" of headroom. It may be a bit less than others because it has a wood sole. The hull number is #75. Doesn't Sal have hull #2 of the Sea Cutter design? For some reason I thought Bob had made 3 of them.
