For your tiller work, you might want to call John Owens (Troup, TX) as he does work on rudders etc. He has my M15 rudder and tiller right now for some repair and customization so he could probably make a copy of my tiller for you, or you could ship him down your broken one. http://www.jowoodworks.com He is very communicative as far as work-in-process and easy to deal with. Recomendations for sail cleaners?

Anyone been thrilled with a cleaner other than SailCare? I got an email that they are having a winter sale. 15% off until Dec. 15th. I'm new at this game and have not used anyone. My sails were "stored" in the woods for 26 years and the jib is stained. Any suggestions? What should the cost be to clean/ repair the jib and the main? The main looks pretty good. I might not send that in. Mostly the jib is stained. Also, I need a new tiller handle. I tried to rescue it but it broke in a good Texas blow. Suggestions? Kendall M-15

Larry, I have an '85 M15 and while I'm not presently looking at my boat, I remember that the cleat has a flat top surface that makes it look different than the rounded types currently seen around and available from marine supply places.
