(usr-tc) Psycho hosemonster DSP/Dual PRI problem.

Moving some modems to a new office space. Rack is a Dual PRI with the 12 quad modem cards, and 2 24 port HiperDSP cards. If I dial into the quad modem cards, I get a V.90 connection every time. If I take that same span, and plug it into the DSP card, I can't get better than a 14400, and in fact, don't even hear the V.90 tones during the negotiation. Nothing I do seems to make it work. I will confess that I'm a bit out of practice with the TC gear, but I'm still stumped. Threw a t-berd on the monitor ports on the DSP card, didn't find anything unusual, all within T1 specs. (usr-tc) TCH Hub latchup problems

Since we upgraded to the latest code we have seen an noticeable increase in the number times where an entire chassis is latched up and will not accept calls. In the case this morning the NMC was responding OK but I could not log into the HiperArc via telnet. I tried reseting the HiperArc via TCH Manager from home but that did not seem to work. I came in to the office and did a complete power cycle and it is working again. I will dig through my records to be sure but this seems to be happening every week or so since the upgrade on a couple of my chassis. I never had to reboot a chassis prior to the upgrade (though I did have problems with modem connections :o). Any ideas on what could be causing the problem? The only thing that was intentionally changed was the software code. Sure, but we are adding a feature to Total Scrutinizer (http://totalscrutinizer.com) that allows the Tech Support staff to disconnect a user from the TC box. So since Total Scrutinizer operates via snmp, resetting a modem seemed like the best way to make it happen--especially since we are finalizing our Netserver version and Netserver doesn't accept any SNMP requests. (usr-tc) NMC Code v7.1.8 problem

Using CT1 trunks for years on a 16M/486 based NMC. Upgraded from 6.x to 7.1.8 and now the NMC thinks the number of channels on the DSP is 23 (instead of 24). WTF? Anyone know a fix for this? Rebooted the NMC and DSP (v2.1.9)'s and it's still that way.
