I've been wondering the same thing as well. However, I do have certain
boxes that reboot much more frequently and they handle a higher volume of
calls. All of the hardware is of the same age.
So, it made me think maybe there is something like a memory leak
in TCS that after X amount of time, the card effectively dies and reboots.
You would think would have been the case a long time ago though.
Which versions of code are you running and do you know what the latest is?
I suppose the cards could also reboot more often with higher volume due to
aging as well, it just seems very odd.
