..At Trudie Styler's charity bash in Cannes...
Trudie's bash included Naomi Campbell, Bono, Claudia Schiffer, Ricky Martin,
Bryan Adams - and, of course, Trudie's husband Sting.
Guests were treated to a spectacular sunset as they supped champers and
scoffed canapes before being taken onto a very special concert.
In the gardens of the magnificent villa, Sting played a blistering set and
was joined on stage by pals including Patti Labelle, who stole the show.
The original Lady Marmalade star dragged Bono from the wings and Ricky
Martin from the crowd for an ultra-kitsch performance.
Earlier, a double act of Gerard Depardieu and Bono had the celeb-packed
crowd in stitches when the U2 star paid homage to his Geordie pal Sting.
Bono joked: "He's good-looking, fit and one of the greatest songwriters to
come out of Newcastle - but God is fair, and he has no penis!" The
star-studded crowd went wild.
After the concert, guests were led down a candle-lit walkway for a dinner of
seabass washed down with bubbly, then a cabaret of dancing girls.
