Hi! I am just happy that we on this side of the pond are finally getting access to tickets and such through the fanclub for concerts over here. I have been a member of Outlandos/Sting fan club for years and have enjoyed the newsletters and meeting Tina and visiting the office when I was in London. While I never have been able to meet Sting or been offered tickets to Tuscany as a result of being a member of the fan club, I have enjoyed reading the reviews and the unique pictures that have been included in the newsletters thoughout the years! taking things too seriously....

Folks, I had some really hilarious emails waiting for me when I awoke this morning regarding the "questioning Sting" email. Most of them were just "oh that's funny" or that sort of thing, but someone actually reprimanded me for sharing Stings email address with the list. Here's a thought for you: 1) Would I really send an email to Sting asking for his money ? 2) Would I really make comments about Trudie being a swinger ? 3) Would I really email him talking about Carters "deposit" in Tuscany? 4) Would I really send stings email address to the mailing list ? 5) Seeing as I am reasonably well known for adding a little bit of fun to my posts, you guys should know better Michelle, your post was my favourite reply Jer

ebay auction

I'll bet that most people were hoping that the ebay issue was over. I just got an email from EBay that indicates they are investigating the auctions. It seems that there is at least a chance that they were fraudulent. Does anybody have any more info? I remember one post to the list that indicated they had spoken with Tina who had at least inferentially legitimized the auctions by commenting on them. But of course that post might have been fraud as well. The payee is a company named LP Visions Inc. I sent an email to Tina, but if someone here knows the auctions were real or fake, I'd love to know. I'm sure that the response would be quicker. Thanks, Mark.

Hey, What do you guys think about this idea? We all Decide upon a time where we will ALL be listing to the new album "Simultaneously"?> Even taking into account time zone differences? Since there are differing release dates for regions, it would have to follow the last release date? For example, I could propose September 30 at 2 PM (therefore 10 PM in the England). Then we can all start inundating the list with our reviews? Watchya think?

Paris tickets

OK, is it just me, or does anyone else detect a whiff of desperation regarding the ticket sales for the Paris show? Every time I log on to Sting.com there's a new pop-up window offering tickets for sale. Plus the eBay auctions, plus the incessant (and top of the list) links on the website. Tickets were "sure to sell out quickly" or something like that, but here we are, two weeks later, and there still seems to be plenty available. I have two that I most likely won't be able to use (by choice, I can't afford the trip to Paris), but it seems like they aren't the super rare items they were advertised as. I thought the ticket prices were reasonable, but it seems they aren't selling fast. Still, should be a wonderful show for those who are able to attend. I just wonder if it will be a packed house or not. Maggie
