So, tonight I was thinking... Kipper certainly has had much influence in the 2 latest Sting CD's. But yet you hear almost nothing about him in the discussions on this list. Kinda makes you wonder...doesn't it? What about the direction of Sting's music during these collaborations? Comparisons with earlier people serving in a similar capacity? Any comments? Talk amongst your self... :) KIM

Maybe because I haven't been able to check that site out yet, I'm clueless. I really liked the old concert listings with reviews. Is that there again? I need my new computer now! Yeah, if they didn't sell the material then they should have. I used to have a little Sting page called the Ugly Sting Page. It ran $40 a year for the domain name and another $15 a month for the server. It took a lot of work and I put nothing into it like Dave and Wendy did. I don't have a problem with Stingus always linking to amazon to get kick backs either. I do miss Stingchronicity. I think the official site is too expensive. But that's okay too. Sting is a business - Gordon Summner is a businessman. The world works. Couldn't agree more. I think the teaser stuff from Inside is absolutely wonderful. What a great job they did on Stolen Car and All Would Envy. I think a lot of times the live stuff is better. Plus, I am amazed at how many times a simple song like Roxanne has been reinvented by Sting over the years.
