wow, what a heavy book! here's the outside cardboard: _http://flickr.com/photos/18838092@N00/512305258/_ (http://flickr.com/photos/18838092@N00/512305258/) and this is a box inside protecting the actual book: _http://flickr.com/photos/18838092@N00/512305264/_ (http://flickr.com/photos/18838092@N00/512305264/) the cover of the book itself was already shown on websites... hundreds of pages with black and white photos, mostly with THE POLICE members / crew, fewer with artistical motives, fans... a great source of information for me as Andy seemed to have been writing a diary - like Sting. dates and places seem to be described correctly. only some tourdates (which are printed throughout the book accompanying the photos) are incorrect, but he didn't care to ask me... :) I would like to know how the cheaper version will look like. If it's got all the photos and text then this will be manna from heaven. Again! oh, and yes the book is numbered and autographed Dietmar

Dilemma?

Hey guys, OK, so the thing I really was looking forward to was a gathering of THIS list. The others, were secondary. NOW with the addition of this 200 person only event at the GM Place, it has me torn. I NEED to be there to try to win the fricking tickets to Monday (I still don't have one) So, is the gathering still as is at 5:00? Not that I have a chance in Hades to win the two, but I figured maybe the winner of the two tix would possibly sell me their ticket??? I think the party should move to outside the GM place at 11am... is public consumption of alcohol illegal in Canada? We could order pizza's and beer and be set as long as they let us leave for bathroom breaks! We'd be first in line and wouldn't even need the free drink inside the venue! Yes, I've lost my mind.
