I'm suprised no one has made a comment about the recent photo found on the Police Tour site in the section that announced the special fanclub show. It was captioned ''Four Policemen'' and credited to Danny Quatrochi. That's Henri, and it makes me wonder if he'll make an appearence at the show! Not only is it pricey, I didn't see anything I'd want to buy! I'm hoping for a better selection at the venue, or at least some different things than they have on the website, which I found, frankly, boring!

Sorry if this has been covered. Let me start by saying I am as excited as anyone about them getting back together for a tour. I had an idea tickets would be pricey but to make the merchandise expensive too that sure makes for an expensive night doesn't it? I don't know. It just left me with a sour taste. Ah, we have a thinking, clearheaded person in the group! Sounds like a good theory to me! I had the same experience last week w/the Killers. Thought I had crap seats and they ended up being stellar due to the set up. I'm sure everyone will be happy no matter where they are in there that night! Floor for the Vencouver fanclub show

Anyway :-) One thing I'd like to point out, is that last year U2 did a "rehearsal" show in LA before their Vertigo tour, and they had *no* seats on the floor. All of the seats were on the sides of the arena in two groups. This was because they were still setting everything up and had crew and cables running everywhere on the floor. Also, security was much easier (and cheaper) by using only the side seating areas. They only needed a small number of security folks. Perhaps the fan club sections for the police are ONLY off to the sides as well? Just a thought. Dan

Hey, these guys work HARD to earn their "Ticketbastard" nickname! It's too bad you didn't make a video of your computer screen as you did this. That would make an excellent YouTube clip or CNN I-Report. How can a company that's so universally hated still have such an iron grip on this market? It's not like they have lobbyists like the oil & cigarette companies. I was so hopeful a few years back when Pearl Jam was at the height of popularity and tried to take them on, but not even they were able to make anything happen.
