If we're there (obligatory family visit every summer around that time) I'll be there. Most likely 8/1. I regret wasting so much time (and Internet money at the airport) trying to get a decent ticket for the past two days. Husband is mad I was gone for the weekend and then got nothing done yesterday. I think I'm going to go to the dark side for the first time if I'm there. I don't want to give scalpers the business, but really am not willing to travel for a crap seat and think even though I don't have/want to fork out bigger bucks than face value, in the long run, it's my best option. Anyone considering the same thing? I think it'd be easier to get a pair of good seats than a single. MSG part Deux

Who from the list is planning to go to MSG? I'm debating whether I should go or not now. I probably stand a better chance to get quality seats here out west. I just hope this doesn't turn into a Who style situation. I waited in an empty parking lot over 24 hours to be the first entry into a general-admission "Blue Turtles" concert here in Utah. Now Sting has been out here so many times that I stopped going about a decade ago. Everyone is freaking out because they don't know if this is the last tour ever, but maybe its just the first of many. I sure wish the Stones would throw in the towel. Maybe 10 years from now they'll be playing state fairs and we'll all be grousing about the days when we hoped against hope.

Just found an interesting thread on the forum: http://www.thepolicetour.com/members/community/mboard/index.php?topic=42.ne… Previously, you had to have spent $100 to be allowed into the multimedia section. Now they're letting us free members in. I doubt this is coincidence, given the high number of complaints... Angeline

yelling: sting background voices: seemed that they pre-recorded something - as it was also sting :( am I the only one who's not completely satisfied ? that was a sting version and his voice was NOT good - didn't hit the notes - and don't say he did! - he got over them - lacking the right words in English to describe this... andys guitar in the middle sounded like any guitar, but not like a police guitar stewart was great, though dietmar
