this might be old news as my computer has been on da fritz but groovetech is no more :( some kind of corporate deal where they were not making any money so the parent company shut them down. just a big hail mary but.... I would like to somehow grab whatever teatime set's are out there for homework enhancement purposes as I have just returned to school. If anyone has some on an ftp?, or maybe soulseek? or I would be willing to trade/pay for mp3 cd's of the teatime shows also. I don't know if anyone is into the solid steel(coldcut, dk, etc.)sets but I have each one from jan-aug 192k to trade. - just my 2 cents on some earlier "discussions": lemon jelly is quite good and amon tobin is amazing, and I really like fatboy slims live sets. Hi there... For several year I'm looking for a CD wich included Pink Floyd Remix by the Orb. I found it on Kazaa (and before that on Napster). But since that early moment, I want to have the Real CD.... What is the name of it...Where I can by it. Cause here in Canada nobody have a clue about that CD... Help me please. I liked Bentley Rhythm Aces. That was way happy. I liked Fatboy Slim and I still do. It's not his fault he made the soundtrack to television commercials in 1999. I like Daft Punk. Both albums. Pretty happy stuff, dontcha think? If I wanted depressing crap I'd listen to Ministry or Laibach. If I want booty shaking music, I'll listen to these "sell out" artists. Before they "sold out" they were (mostly) struggling musicians. They just happened to have the sound that fit the moment and Madison Ave is always listening closely. Too bad Clear Channel isn't (The Grateful Dead used to have a bootleg station by the sound board so you could hook up your DAT or cassette and get it for free so FUCK CLEAR CHANNEL IN THE FUCKING ASS). (Also the Grateful Dead suck ass in every way possible except as an important piece of psychedelic history.) "Kiss FM," which is now nationwide, homogenous crap, will never play any non-Madonna, Britney, or NSynch electronic music in any market because the HUGE corporate music machine doesn't make money off of those acts. They're self produced and independently promoted in most cases and that cuts out half of their butt buddies. So, like I said, FUCK CLEAR CHANNEL IN THE FUCKING ASS.
