Hi all -- Yesterday I received my final BOB14 (sans certificate, but that's ok) that I had missed from my BadOrb subscription. The folks were nice enough to send me some stickers for my trouble too. All in all, I had a good BadOrb experience. I've now got a full collection of all the releases, and I never had anything shipped damaged. I know they got a lot of hell from people on the list; I just want to say that there's at least one happy camper here too! :) Thanks to all the good folks involved with BarOrb. Sorry the business didn't work quite as planned, but it was an exciting project and an interesting release model. Hope the future allows you all to try something like this again! - pascal

You should check out Jonathan Land's really funny Spam Letters website: http://www.thespamletters.com -> Nigerian Scam Artists. He has a lot of fun stringing the scam artists along with some ridiculous stories. He also answers a lot of other types of spam with funny emails as well (and sometimes he gets responses which are truly funny)... Honestly, you can spend quite a few hours just reading through all of the funny stuff. Cheers, Rob P.S. well, i have had a listen now that i got it downloaded. i must say Gel-sol, you wear your influences on your sleeves. not that there is anythign wrong with that. however, it's quite Orby, and i know several folks who will enjoy it because of that.... and actually i am preparing a review for EvilSponge about "free albums" out there on the Internet, and i will mention this one.... Gotta play a small loungy set on Saturday evening on an art exhibition, going from Marilyn Monroe to Velvet Underground (you've probably figured out by now that there are some Warhols hanging there) and I still haven't got B&T. Shit! But Trash you may be sure I'll give Material Bitch a spin! And Oxbow Lakes, and some Badorb and Auntie Aubrey stuff and perhaps some White Room... Felix PS Paging Mr. Lazlo or whoever is the boss of the mailman xmission mailing list. I'm trying for a month now to get into the Kraftwerk mailing group, I can apply for it and then get the message that the mailowner has to give his final OK. This never happens. I can't log in either with my login and password either... help...

well what can be said about the travesty that is bike and trikes.... well there are four good tracks on that new coaster i just bought, if you cant spot them then you are obviously listening to a different version to mine. i hear there is a promo version with 16 tracks on it? anyone got a copy of this? the only track i feel worth mentioning is that dodgy house number, wow i didnt think people in this day and age with that much knowledge of how equipment worked made tracks so shit, ouch, dam i feel the need to slap myself every time i hear that song, it helps me to realise yeah its crap. smack
