Yes, It worked well up to the end of the last week. So, I have done next: I have checked chips on my NIC card and I have found two diodes and one chip ds1488 which were broken. This chain of the components work for sending signal to the console port. It is not critical. I ve repaired it. I cuted chip ds1488 and changed diodes. I am not sure about other components. But it look good. I ve tested current, voltage etc. Yesterday I have tried to install it. On power on Rn/Fl Led blinked red first 15 minutes than Rn/Fl was stable green. Eth port didnt react first 15 minutes but after LAN Rx Led started to blink, i.e. reacted to LAN packets. Also Ethernet port Leds started to flashing. ARC was not pingable.
