3.5.105 is older. I believe it's on the CommWorks web site or from whereever you get your support. I've got a new question. I'm configuring this new TC and it's not sending the DNS servers in the PPP when I dial in. I've done the following. Is this not what sends the DNS server addresses in the PPP? set ppp pppdns_primary xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx set ppp pppdns_primary xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Bill Dunn

Sounds more like a bad card than bad code. I ran 3.5.109 for several weeks without any problem like that. I did have one customer that started getting lost-carrier disconnects really bad. In 2 months prior, he had not had a single disconnect, but at the exact time I upgraded from 3.5.105 to 3.5.109 he started having problems. For that reason, I just got all my cards re-flashed to 3.5.105 and his problems are gone now. 3.5.109 DSP code

Hi, I have a new TC unit I recently purchase was am attempting to get it up and running with new code. I upgraded the DSP cards from 3.5.12 to 3.5.109 as recommended by someone. I have two operational TCs running DSP code 3.1.7 & 2.0.51 My question is does anyone have any recommendations as to what DSP code versions are better? We don't want to run the V92 code because it doesn't seem reliable. We currently have V92 turned off on all of our DSPs. Netserver syslog question

Hi all, I seem to be getting a LOT of these very similar messages being written to my syslog server by the Netserver in my TC1000... Feb 26 13:16:22 netserver Chassis Awareness notice: slot# 1, channel# 2, NAC type = 36, new status 1 Feb 26 13:19:03 netserver Chassis Awareness notice: slot# 1, channel# 2, NAC type = 36, new status 0 Feb 26 13:19:09 netserver Chassis Awareness notice: slot# 1, channel# 2, NAC type = 36, new status 1 Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to squelch some of the "Chassis Awareness notice" messages? I would like to keep the rest of the syslog messages, as they are really useful. However, these are not so useful. If we have to live with them, I guess that is okay. I mostly wanted to know if it was normal or not (which I suspect it is normal), and if there was a way (which I suspect there is not) to selectively chose to not receive these notifications from the netserver. Any help would be appreciated! TIA, Todd

Sorry, not familiar with the Netserver's. Don't have any doc's on it for the jumpers either. Check the software library at http://totalservice.commworks.com for docs on that card. Wish I could help more.
