I just found out the price of this years film. This is a family affair and is recommended for all ages, even if you are not a skier/boarder! There will be 2 showings 6:30pm and again at 9:30pm. So far most people favor the 6:30pm show. If we have 12 or more film goers we save $1 per ticket and supposedly get more free stuff. [BBTC Ride_calendar] Annual Banquet

Evidently there is a misprint in the October newsletter. I haven't received my copy yet but through comments and emails it appears the wrong date was published for the banquet. The annual club banquet is scheduled for Friday November 10th beginning at 6:30pm with a cocktail hour. This year the banquet will be at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy. There will be a cash bar opening at 6:30pm, a buffet dinner will serve at 7:30pm followed by awards and club business. My apologies for the incorrect date posted in the newsletter. We had originally discussed the 18th until we realized it conflicted with Tucson and that numerous members would be out of town, we then looked for the next best date that would not conflict with any known rides and where we could availability to host the event. If you're signed up for Moab - we plan on having the sign-up sheet near the check-in tables no later than 15 minutes prior to start. If we dont see you then, there is a cookout Saturday night for all BBTC'ers at our spot in the Canyonlands campground - just down the street from the ride start. we're grilling burgers, with beans and tater salad. its BYORB and BYOC (Bring your own recovery beverage and Bring your own Lawn chair) BYOTOFU (bring your own tofu - I'll grill it) RSVP's are appreciated if you're coming. the line at our RV should be shorter than at Eddie McStiff's Don W director of grilling (and I dont mean torture)

To all Ride Leaders from the 2006 season, Since the season is coming to a close and it's time to count up the mileage. Please look at all the rides you led and make sure we've got it entered right. Make sure all your ride sheets are sent in and let us know if there is any missing mileage. Also, let us know if you cancelled a ride due to bad weather, earthquake , or flood. We do make a mistake every now and again, and I would like to give a big thanks to all of you who let Rob or myself know, so we can give mileage where mileage is due.
