Hi! I'm in love for Sting's incredible music for long long time and this question caught my eye yesterday too. We never know for real what happens in showbiz but I also don't think this is a case of "beeing fixed". Whatever after I heard a clip from sting.com website, I'm sure this is a very good choice for Golden Globe. Btw, has anyone here heard the song completely? I saw it's possible to order the CD on amazon.com and so I wonder if somebody has got it! Maybe it is just me, but Stings winning of the Golden Globe for Until seems >like a fix to me. Just who are the Hollywood Foreign Press, but more to the point, who cares?!?! Don't people have better things to do than care about, let alone watch, this self-serving shit?! Personally, I was sound asleep, but I understand there was some Chuck Norris/"War On Terrorism" movie on CBS, and that couldn't have been any worse. "These" award shows are disgusting; I stopped watching that crap when I was a kid. I understand some broad from an action show called Alias beat out Soprano's Edie Falco for best actress?! Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I heard the audio of Harrison Ford receiving that "geezer" award and I nearly wept. The Hollywood Foreign Press are a faceless body, perpetuating themselves as legitimate critics, laying accolades upon whoever bought, errrr, presented them with the nicest Valise (sp?) Have a nice day!
