I have never heard of "Dreams of Paradise", but I checked youtube and found the song. I am convinced, though, that it is the same song/ singer as in Fool's Garden.

The "Sting" version that you heard is actually a cover version by Dreams Of Paradise. The guy does sound a little similar to Sting, but definitely not him.
