Tried to "upgrade" my 8/1 MSG tickets today during the general public sale, which started at 9am. Tried to get 2 "best available" tickets...tried this 3 different times between 9am - 9:10am. Each time, I was advised "unable to process order", meaning tickets sold out! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Now that's room service! They put their profit in shipping to a) save on insertion costs b) entice more bidders by misleading them on the overall cost. just FYI, be cautious if you go the eBay route. Ross
