Me llama poderosamente la atención que nadie en UNIVERSAL haya salido a hacer un "recall" de unidades ya que hasta hace 2 semanas no habían sido retirados de las distribuidoras y seguramente debe haber aún varias unidades a la venta en disquerías grandes. Una buena opción es cambiarlo por el "Synchronicity Concert" (misma compañía y mismo precio) ya que al estar fallado y no poder efectuar un recambio satisfactorio cualquier disquería debería acceder al cambio por otro título. Ya que estamos...la edición nacional del "Synchronicity Concert" es un desastre en cuanto a calidad gráfica. No trae ni un mínimo booklet ! No se si la versión americana o europea viene igual. Para residentes en Argentina: Aviso a todos que la totalidad (o al menos gran parte) de los DVD de "Bring On The Night" que han salido a la venta en Argentina tienen una grosera falla de fabrica: El audio se encuentra desfasado en casi 30 segundos con respecto a las imagenes. "fanclub, it's become a more commercial entity than a labour of passion." Passion, yes, like Stewart's drumming, Andy's playing and Sting's....singing. Yes, I miss the passion. I didn't renew my membership for the similar reasons. A steep price to pay for one DVD and access to a message board (which in my opinion should already be accessable to us). However, I really would love to have a DVD with Broken Music tour footage though. Is that for next year or this year? "unable to do anything without some corporate agreement from some office in the US..." Probably. I once felt, especially during The Police days, that we in the US were the step-children of fandom compared to those abroad. I remember at the time how much I longed to have the Police Files. Unfortunately, I wasn't a member of Outlandos, didn't find out about it until later on--even though I was a fan since '78. I was young though, but still. It seemed the club was not so oriented to the US, or was it just me? Anyway I finally acquired them all about twelve years ago. I love them, but would have loved them more back then. Now, it's kind of bitter-sweet to gaze at those pages and remember. I think this is the only way to make ourselves hear. I did not renew mine because I preferred the old version on paper , at the time we had something in our hands , although it was not Heaven ( you only have to see other fan clubs offers from other bands ). Least of all , see Stewart for example he gives us for FREE some unreleased material through Gio's site .... there is nothing to compare !! Support Stewart and Andy and let go see them alive , it's worth it .... Anyone else a member on this list? I havent received my mambership fanclub DVD and my membership has been all paid up etc so was wondering if anyone else received their yet? I was also wondering how to contact them as I am getting auto responses and being referred to the FAQs. Thanks

Hi! If you have filled out the online form a while back and still no DVD, email fulfillment(a)sting.com and ask about the status of your DVD. Some people have been getting email confirmations from the Sting online store as they are being sent. I guess that the shipping is being done in the order the DVD forms were filled out, but it still seems to be taking a while to get them shipped. It turned out that my DVD was not sent since their records showed me as not paying for my second year yet. This was wrong and my account page on Sting.com clearly showed that. I just paid for year three yesterday! Anyway, I got another email back today stating that they had cleared everything up and that my DVD was on the way and that I should receive it next week. Hope that this helps!
