I wouldn't call him a turntablist, from the few times ive seen he runs hot and cold. The genius is in the selections that he plays and mixes together (IMHO). John
DJ set is LX djing, mainly other artists' records. He's quite good, too.
Maybe it was the drugs but I remember his DJ sets to be trainwrecks. Maybe he's improved? Has anyone heard Fehlmann spin before? -matt
I actually find LX's DJ sets more interesting that the Orb show, but then again I only saw him alone once, and the memory is a lil hazy. I think it was 2002 Bob Marley's birthday. I was celebrating for mine as well, and LX ended up babysitting. I'm just into spotting whatever new dub gems he has unearthed, I can never find them or a recent tracklist.
