The papalcy the pontiff, call it what you will it all ends in a plume of white smoke. What do they burn for that white smoke anyhow? laserdiscs

I've got a laserdisc from Last Tango in Paris hanging on my wall. It's pretty much the same technology as the CD but I think there's an analogue element to the disc. I dunno. The university in my home town had a large collection of the discs and we could check out the player for free. The picture and overall quality was better than VHS, the only problem being that the discs were 2 sided so you had to stop at some point to flip it.
