I'm listening to it now and it's f-ing brilliant! I'm not one to start flame wars, but for anyone to say the whole album is crap is an ignorant comment or just elitist snobbery. Maybe you don't fully understand that tracks like Mommy Don't, and Pluto Calling were made when House Music and sampling was still in its infancy. The first House record was released in 1986. The first use of samples in House was by Todd Terry in 86 or 87. Ambient House was basically invented by the KLF and Orb around 87 or 88. These tracks might be dated by today's standards, but at the time they the bleeding, freaking edge of the genre. It's hard for me to understand how anyone can listen to these tracks let alone the whole album and call it crap. I'm sorry for posting it here, but I've looked all over without finding the answer: What's the classical music/sample used in "It's grim up north" by The KLF? On the single it's titled "Jerusalem on the moors". I would love to hear the original classical version of this, so if anyone would have any info, please email me directly and/or to the list. WOW! what a bunch of recycled crap!! Sounds like it is from one of the chill out sessions. Very uncreative with the KLF chill out samples from "3 a.m. Somewhere Out Of Beaumont" This is what we have been waiting for a few years now?? What a let down. To me this whole album sucks ass. I mean he lost it a few years ago and the best thing that came out of the last album was the hybrid mix of "The Orb - From a distance (hybrid's meadow ladies mix)" I cant believe this crap was put out. Better days gone by, water flowing under the bridge should be their theme song IMHO.
