Hi you all, Dwb back online sending... Trashed my old computer, now on my new Mac G5 2ghz dual I love my new Ipod got it as a present from my wife, i have all my orb collection in it! Now i understand the the meaning of; "Don't leave earth without one" :-) Taken from original American Express Card add; "Don't leave home without it" and TDR twisted it somewhat. Well i sure don't leave home without my Ipod! Can't sleep... Waiting for some goodies from Mr. Steve Jobs Keynote later today live from SF! How have you all been? Good i hope! I'm not going to even attempt to continue the racism thread on the list. Those of you that keeping screaming "racist" aren't paying attention and don't know the full story. If you'd like to keep debating this (not flaming, debating) with me please do so offlist. I'll gladly set you straight. :) I don't hate my neighbors here. The real ghetto scum I have no respect for (the ones with the crack in their pockets, the 9mm in their pants, and the boom in their hoopty Broncos) but some of my neighbors are young mothers working their way through nursing school or old women that have no place to go. I've got a little posse of black kids that come work with me in my tiny garden. I love those kids. That doesn't mean I should ignore the ghetto crap that surrounds them. None of this is simple but it is real. Those of you that deny that are just like the monkeys: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Anyway, this is the last I'll say on the list about it. If you go to my site you'll find a song called "No Happy Ending" which is secretly subtitled "The Ballad of Michael Jackson." It's a work in progress and has singing so you've been warned. But why did it take you four posts on the subject to even mention the scourge of "white trash", instead you focus on the poor blacks and their attrocious behavior, and that's what I take issue with. What we are dealing with here is a general breakdown of society at large, and "ghetto culture" is one of many symptoms of this larger phenomenon. Come out here to Oregon and I'll show you the nastiest toothless crank whores you've ever seen, and they're white too! Personally I believe all people deserve compassion, and I don't feel any compassion for these people coming from you Alan. Wow, so you live near black people, that doesn't give you an automatic licsence to hate them. You seem to want to sit on your high horse and condemn them, when in fact the culture they live in has largely been created and encouraged by those who stand to profit from the oppression of others. As long as they sell crack to one another, spend all their money on their cars, and shoot each other they will never be a threat to the existing power structure of this country. That's the TRUTH, use that brain for something other than simplistic hatred and see who really stands to benefit from the situation, it ain't them and it isn't you or me either. The agenda of the people who run this country is to divide and conquer, and unfortunately I think you've fallen right in line with how they expect and in a way NEED you to react. You're also very quick to assume that I myself am white just because of my opinions on the issue, and yeah I think that's a racist reaction too, try thinking a bit before you jump to conclusions and make snap judgements about people you don't even know. I feel sorta bad that I brought up the Ghettopoly thing before departing for the countryside this weekend, I came back to a nice... yes Mark... over-discussed.. race war.... I just thought it funny BBC covered this idiots crappy invention (w/ I think the smoking gun book showed the patent for long ago). She took the pot leaf game-piece ha ha ahhh how cute... she's a british journalist and..... ugh.... my innocent point is now lost. Sorry.... I now banish myself to an eternety twisting in agony... drifiting in the lake of fire that is... the Orb Yahoo list. I forgot I joined all of a sudden all these kiddies gigglin as it crackles to life ... sorta like a sleepover that happens once every few monthsdon't want to be mean.. but be thankfull for this list.
