Just received the speicher 14 tune from Kompakt.It doesn't mention too much about it,just mentions the Orb,anyway on closer inspection it's called "Masterblaster" which was mentioned/floating around on orb.com a while ago.Back to the tune-I haven't heard it before and it's def' a tune,a house/dub one at that!-Not the Orb as we know it! Hey Kris... I was at a holiday party this weekend when I happened to run into the wife of a lesbian friend who has decided to become a male. This transexual person seemed to vaguely resemble the translucent picture you often post (which is very funny i might add). He/she recently underwent surgery to have her breasts removed in San Franciso (isnt there a song "I left my breasts in San Franciso... da da dee dee hmmm hmm hmm hmm." Anyhow, this conjures a disturbing thought. Where do they pile all these discarded breasts? So sad... So squishy... just like the insipid Sushi bar I pass everday to work. It would really be a crime if they left out the KLF/Timelords versions of the theme. "Doctrin' The Tardis" is as far as I know the first remix of the theme and in my opinion the best. Released in 1988, it was also among the first of what we now consider "bastard pop" and truly ahead of it's time.
