Lately people are uploading more and more stuff which -initially- was not meant to be put there. Fsol list members even upload regular Fsol albums these days! Please, restrict yourselves to techno, ambient, downtempo, IDM, dub and electro which is hard to come by or (practically) out of print. And stuff like Tangerine Dream or King Crimson -although well meant- is not what I had in mind for this server. Also, the fact that the 'how-can-I-get-in' questions can be found quite regularly in our inbox suggests that either new list members request info that they, of course, are entitled to, OR, that people subscribe to one of these mailing lists just to get their hands on loads of mp3s. But I understand it's hard to exclude this second category of 'list members'...(you know who you are!). Besides, I also have the impression that some of you pass on the login info for cr's to people not subscribed to the Orb or Fsol list. I seriously urge you to limit this as much as possible, or to be picky to whom you pass this info. Quite awhile back there was a post debating whether "Pomme Fritz" existed on vinyl. Today's package confirms that it does exist on vinyl. Hi, Well my copy of BOB 14 has just arrived so it seems like the BADORB offices are up and running again. Only one slight dissapointment there was NO certificate of Orbthenticity with it. Hi Rachel, You will really enjoy Banco De Gaia. A couple of weeks ago i went to see him on the first night of his short UK tour. Phil Blake came with me to the gig in Portsmouth. He was brilliant.Hes a sound guy, after the show Phil and I had a beer with him and Ted Duggan the drummer.If you want a cdr of the latest Banco Cd (Double Disc) Its a retrospective called 10 Years contact me off list.Keep up the good work on your web page its nice.
