I don't know about Mac or Linux, but my media PC is a Windows box and here's my process (from memory): 1. DVD Decrypter software (no longer developed, but still works great) 2. Settings -> IFO Mode -> Options: Splitting: by chapter 3. Mode -> IFO 4. Stream Processing tab -> enable 5. select your files (the main program is usually the first long one) 6. Demux Sometimes you need to run some extra finagling through a utility like Besweet if you get AC3 files (which convert to MP3 in Besweet). Also, sample rates are likely 48k.
