POSTED ON CHRIS'S BEHALF: I saw that someone was asking for a scan of the "Adrenalin" text from the KLF006T's I've got. I checked and none of them have this on them. Thinking I'd been diddled after all I spoke to the guy and he said it's quite normal for white labels to be pressed up without the plant's name on them. Still unsure, I checked some of my white labels and - lo and behold - he's quite right. I checked my KLF4T, KLF004X (wandaful mix) and KLF8R white labels and none of them had pressing plant info on them. Also, my KLF92PROMO3 (which we all seem to agree is genuine) doesn't have plant info on it either. Given this, I really do think they're genuine after all. Given that the one on eBay didn't sell, I'm wondering if any list members want to buy one of the copies - I've already sold two so there are only two others left. You're probably thinking of the Vestax VRX 2000 http://www.vestax.com/products/vrx2000.htm I also remember seeing a cutter that would attach to a standard 1200, but I can't seem to find anything about them now. Not sure if such copies differ greatly from the original disc or not, but it's a much easier way to bootleg something than locating the original plates. Chris, Is it possible to upload a scan of the handwriting of "adrenalin" etched in the run out groove? IÂ´ve just compared all my pure trance 12" KLF004T Side A DAMONT thin vinyl KLF004T Side B ORLAKE KLF004R Side A ORLAKE thin vinyl KLF004R Side B DAMONT ------ KLF005T Side A ADRENALIN thin vinyl childish handwriting of adrenalin KLF005T Side B ADRENALIN childish handwriting of adrenalin. The catalogue number is written in big letters and numbers KLF005R Side A ADRENALIN thicker vinyl adrenalin is written in caps. Big catalogue numbers KLF005R Side B ADRENALIN adrenalin is written in caps. Big catalogue numbers ------ KLF008R Side A KLF 8 R A 1 PR-P A(very fine) KLF008R Side B KLF 8 R B 1 PR-P A(very fine) So, 006T must be written in big letters and adrenalin should be in Capitals since 006T follows 005R. Same goes for the alledged 007T yellow vinyl which the original guy claims to have. I donÂ´t know how big Adrenalin as a factory was. I remember seeing a scan of an earlier sold 006T indicating caps writing of Adrenalin. Suppose this was done by the same guy who etched the run out groove of 005R. But than as an after hour pressing.. The etched catalogue number of the item sold on Ebay doesnÂ´t resemble the earlier copies sold... WhatÂ´s the weight of the vinyl? 004T and R can be fold easily. ThatÂ´s harder to do with 010R. Maybe IÂ´m in a frenzy rite now but I am not really keen on PT3 releases in any vinyl format. I usually set up my virus software to automatically download updates when I'm connected to the internet. Sencond many people aren't aware that patches are released on a daily basis for every part of their computer. For windows users you should have a button in your start menu called "Windows Update" or use http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com If you run any MS office product you also need to go here http://office.microsoft.com/OfficeUpdate/ This will update everything from drivers to critical system protection. Always get the critical updates! I'm sure Mac's have similar resources available.
