What is the footage? It's a home movie from a PA at a rave at Chipping Norton. How did I get it? From when I was working at Appearing. Every time a single was released The Word would ask for a KLF PA and every time they would get turned down. As an appeasement they were offered this video clip of the wacky pranksters throwing money to a crowd of ravers. Neither Bill or Jimmy owned a VHS recorder but I did, so I got despatched to Trancentral in a cab with my VCR to meet up with someone with a camcorder to copy the film. The camcorder owner did not turn up but it was nice to have tea with Cress & see TC from the inside. I left my VCR at trancentral and returned to work. A few days later I got it all back with the tape. I made an office copy and also a copy for myself. I think Tim has got my original tape and if he's OK with it I'll share it with you all. I've got a nice VHS/DVD recorder upstairs so I'll recapture it this weekend. Might do the Omnibus documentary as well. If I'm feeling really generous I might let you all in on my Space 5.1 DVD as well. Tim, it's over to you. As far as I remember those mp3s surfaced long before I even knew about the trip of Jens and Torsten, as they were available for download on some website (with a blue background I think). I doubt that the owner of "our" Deep Shit 12" uploaded these, so yes, there are at least two copies around. My guessing finger would tend to point towards either Pete Robinson or Tim Richards, but then again, I could be horribly wrong. And I guess I am. Oh, and to throw in another rarity: The Orb's remix of IGUN which apparently was played in an Orb live set in the mid-90s. At least one list member reportedly heard it, although I wouldn't count that really as confirmed. I can already see it: "The Extremely Lost Sounds Of Mu"... :-) ..::// Thomas

If I remember correctly, he even had more than one copy since he was a good friend of Jimmy (who decided he didn't need them so he gave them away). I didn't see this particular copy of Deep Shit myself, but Jens and Torsten held it in their own hands and even listened to it on a turntable at that guy's house in England. And no, he didn't give away free copies... :-/ (he did, however, give them one of the yellow Rites Of Mu robes and a whitelabel copy of SPACE with funny drawings from Jimmy on the inner sleeve) ..::// Thomas
