Stickers on various LPs

Apolgies if I've asked this before, but I have a couple of queries. (1) JAMSLPs 3,4,5 & 6 all had stickers on them (saying "Short Shelf Life Guaranteed", "Now That's What I Call Love", "JASMLP5" and "Inc. 3 AM Eternal and What Time is Love" respectively, I think!) Were JAMSCD 3,4,5 & 6 correspondingly stickered? (I know 5 & 6 were, but what about "Shag Times" and the "WTIL Story"?) Also, was "Space" similarlily stickered? I'm sure I remember seeing copies of both CD & LP that were. (2) My copy of JAMSLP2 does not have a tracklisting on it, except for one scribbled on the inner bag in biro by its original owner. How did people know what the tracks were called on "Who Killed the JAMs?" (or indeed, what the album was called - I'm pretty sure nothing appears on the spine except "JAMSLP2 - Made in Wales"). I often wonder whatever happened to the likely lads of the 1990s Scottish rave scene - such as Jon Campbell and Mary Kiani from the TTF (the acronym always seemed a nod to you know who), the guys in Rhythmic State, Ultrasonic, N-Trance, Tom Wilson, Stepping Out Records, Limbo Records, "M8" magazine, etc. etc.? Public Domain always seemed like a self-concious nod backwards to the glory days, since they were releasing records in 2000 and not 1993. Now, I know that the TTF re-released "Real Love" last (around the same time as "3 AM Eternal" re-appeared) remixed by Tom Wilson - and that Mary Kiani split from Campbell acrymoniously. But apart from that, I'm pretty much in the dark. There's a few webpages around dedicated to "Stepping Out" and things - but very few have a "where are they now" section. For some, I suspect, the answer would be "customer service representative in a call centre" - but for others, who knows? Radio freedom mix

Recently I recived cd called Greats hits from 91 volume two. This cd feature KLF track "3 am eternal (radio freedom mix) [3:33]". I've noticed that this track (or CD) is not mentioned in discography from klf.de. I only find "3 am eternal (radio freedom edit)[3:13]", but radio freedom mix is twenty seconds longer than edit, also have noticed that the machine gun after radio freedom speech is much longer on freedom mix. I don't have at the moment radio freedom edit to compare entirely with the mix. I try upload it to robs server, but I'm on 56k so this may be in distant future (I'm trying to get DSL here, so when I got it, I'm upload it asap.) On Wednesday night, I and 13 other men I had never met, congregated at the North Finchley arts centre to become 17', a choir created by Bill Drummond, unorthodox artist and founder of the pop band KLF. Drummond has grabbed the headlines with a host of strange schemes in his career. While riding high with KLF in 1992, he machine-gunned the audience at the Brit awards with blanks, causing some members of the audience to flee in terror. He also set fire to Â£1 million cash in the name of art. More recently he has been visiting complete strangers to make them soup, and last week was embarking on his latest project at the artsdepot. With the smell of cheesy feet wafting in the air, and a bottle of beer in hand, we sang to a recording of Drummond's Land Rover being driven between The Bull, High Street, Barnet, and the artsdepot, Tally Ho Corner, North Finchley, which included a small accident as he approached the arts centre. No matter that three people didn't turn up, making us 14 instead of 17, this was a simple, informal affair, which nevertheless retained the necessary veneer of artistic pretention. The only advice we were given was not to sound like Freddy Mercury' - but there was not much risk of that in my case - and try to emulate the motor with sounds, not words. And the product of our vocal chords? A soundtrack to a short film which will be played at Drummond's show How To Be An Artist, to be staged at the new arts centre. "I am Bill Drummond. Thank you for taking a risk," were the first words uttered to the crowd, before explaining the concept behind 17, meandering from the prosaic - There is a choir I ****ing love and they are called 16, and I wanted to go one better' - to the exuberance of a confident showman - The 17 struggle with the dark and respond to the light'. Drummond is candid about his work. "Obviously I know that is pretentious. But that's not going to stop me," he explained. According to the Scotsman, the North Finchley rendition was fantastic.' So fantastic, in fact, that he has asked the members to perform a live version for his last show at the artsdepot, although after my performance, 17 may become 13. The artsdepot opens on October 23. Does anyone have any available remixes of the Air track "Alpha Beta Gaga" (the one with the whistle?) As far as I'm aware, the CD single hasn't been released yet - and there are no full five-track promos available on ebay at the moment. If anyone has any remix (preferably with the whistling intact) please contact me off list. It's for a Christmas CD I'm planning for my girlfriend (yes, it's that time of year again ...)
