Hi. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Anders and i live in sweden. I first got to know the work of klf in 1990 or 1991 i think it was, when i saw What time is love on Mtv. Then i was hooked. I have yet not heard all of klf, i think, although i have some mp3's to listen to, since it's hard to get the records. An 'ultra rare trax'-style compilation

I'm thinking of putting together a "rare tracks" KLF EP. It would be a limited edition release (probably around 250 white labels) and - so far - would feature the following tracks: Side 1 Burn the Bastards (Possum 7" version) Uptight (Banana 2000 mix on possum) KLF005s (3am eternal w/o intro/outtro) [one of the two tracks off the French "No More Tears" sampler] Side 2 What Time is Love (Monster Attack Mix) 3 AM Eternal (Hitfactory US Promo) Love Trance Whitney Houston "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" accapella Just wanted to gauge interest/get comments. For me, there has always been sort of a myth, or mystery over the klf and their work, even during the time they were working. I think that it has something to do with the limited info on them, as i have experienced. In Retrospect...

In retrospect is their a lesson to be learnt from the careers of Bill and Jimmy. I think one lesson is a lesson in mythology, you know youre doing well if you can get people interested in finding a video of you having a slash in a car park. Was the mythology side to it all as pronounced when they were still together or didnt it take off untill after they jacked it in.
