(from www.klf.de) After a long waiting period www.BlackSmoke.org once more rises from his own ashes with an updated website including new sections and - propably most important - some information of the upcoming EP, "F**k the F**king F**kers". For now, its tracklist reads: 01. U.S.A. U.S.A. 02. My f**king heart will go on 03. Black Smoke Rising 04. F.F.F. 05. Silent Night According to the (also updated and still subject to change) album tracklisting, F.F.F. might be in fact "Gimpo Gimpo" in disguise - otherwise they would have dropped the track completely from both the EP and the album. Furthermore, a remix for the Dandy Warhols' "We used to be friends" is scheduled and seems to get released in a very limited quantity. Hi all, I'v gotta question, i just bought a copy of 004X {A/-C-B1} but it's a white-label. In the discog there's no mention of a white-label for 004X {A/-C-B1}. Besides that it comes in a plain white sleeve with the text; KLF004X/FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY/THE KLF/WHAT TIME IS LOVE/LIVE AT TRANCENTRAL/TECHNOGATE. In the discog there's only a mention of a white- label promo for the 004X {A/B}. Are all the 004X's white-labels and promo's? Just my 2c... as far as having "dark and disturbing", yet "poignant" lyrics ("killer virus meets the world outside" - "ring o' rosies" - "I don't wanna die!"), sure, "all you need is love" definitely fits the bill but certainly not delivered by drummond in a nervous-breakdown-sounding style (as "go to sleep" was described by someone else earlier as possibly sounding like) and certainly not anywhere near as manic as "disaster fund collection" (which could be described as more "kurt cobain territory" than either) but if you're just talking "dark, disturbing, and poignant," don't you think "downtown" would have to be at the top of that list? "kurt cobain territory" as well! (or am I the only person that took the lyrics "did you do it clean?" to be an IV needle reference?)
