Since Time_Is_on_our side, i was waighting to see the apparition of this. Time sign is on thing know in inuit language has a caractere, this fractal represent four of them in decretion, and i tought to emmit it fast, cause sometime time need object right away. The internet engine is blinking a little some mysterious user in... To Jim Muth i have special attention!, you have a alterego in this jail (for me), and thus we can have good time also.. *i received a christmas gift*.. This parent fractal is far from being pretty but it can represent a scene who include the phoenix animal(not accurate) in activity, seem to me like a exchange. I think this particular fractal (the phoenix) who can also represent a pork is a relation who toutch a whole generation, a sign, a achetype. FOTD -- December 06, 2011 (Rating 8.5) Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts: Today's image is the fourth consecutive one with a rating of 8-1/2. All right, maybe I'm pushing the rating a bit, but it's still a pretty good image, with lots of angular contrasts in the strongly colored vaguely egg-shaped patches surrounding the central minibrot. The parent fractal was created by subtracting Z^(0.7) from Z^(0.5), then adding straight C on each iteration. This parent is a Mandeloid rotated 180 degrees, so that its East Valley is on the west side of its main bay. Much unexpected detail lies in this East Valley area, consisting mostly of disconnected pieces of fractal stuff floating in a networked sea of ever- smaller pieces. Today's image lies in this east detail, which is actually on the west side of its parent. The largest bud of the parent, which lies along the positive X-axis, is even more striking than the East Valley (west) area. Instead of the expected near circular shape, this bud has the rough outline of a violin, with large sub-buds on the north and south shore lines. The stuff normally found beyond the large bud along the main spike is missing. The bud terminates at a very large valley, with only unknown emptiness beyond. As a possible home of minibrots, this violin-shaped bud is equally as interesting as the East Valley area of the parent, and will be checked more closely in tomorrow's FOTD. The name "Blobs and Things" refers not only to the blob-filled image but also makes a comment on the names often given to the trendy but near useless stores that fill the main streets of small towns soon after a Wal-Mart opens nearby. I created the colors with a single stroke of the <enter> key, which brought up a palette of intense but narrow bands of colors alternating with near-black bands. In today's image it works quite well. The calculation time of 1-1/4 minutes will pass swiftly once the top of the image appears and anticipation surges. Preparing a parameter file from this letter is a minor hassle however, but this is where the web sites come in handy. FOTD 05-12-11 (In a Fractal Garden [8.5])

FOTD -- December 05, 2011 (Rating 8.5) Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts: Today's brilliant turquoise image is the third consecutive one with a rating of an 8-1/2. Perhaps a trend is setting in. The parent fractal, which is shaped like an upside-down heart, (Those with dirty minds might see something else.), came about when I subtracted 2 parts of Z^(-1.5) from Z^(0.5) then added straight C on every iteration. This parent lies off the default opening screen to the southwest, making an outzoom necessary to bring it into view. Most of the action lies in the valley at the southern edge of the main bay of the parent. Although the valley's position bears little resemblance to the place in a Mandeloid where the East Valley might be expected, the valley's 'east valley' charac- teristics are revealed by the typical goofy eyes around the edges of the frame. The name "In a Fractal Garden" was inspired by the detailed ring surrounding the central minibrot, which appears to be a wreath of flower blossoms. The unusually brilliant coloring is of my own creation and earns the extra half point in the rating. The calculation time of 2 minutes is a pretty good estimate. The missing seconds and hundredths of a second are trivial. Regardless of the message, the result is the same. The machine locks up and will not restart until it is turned off and sits for an hour or so. The fractal cats, who were more concerned with being generously fed, ignored the outside conditions. The humans passed the day doing human things, which might seem dull and boring, but works well.
