Tim, Has Xfractint always had a problem with reading subdirectories, or is this a recent occurrance? For example, if you want to change PAR or FRM files, no subdirectories are displayed. Jonathan

I have almost always run xfractint from the current directory, so I don't know. Unless you have touched this code recently, I'm guessing it is an old problem. Tim
