[Fractdev] Fractint for Windows status

Tim, I've managed to get WinFract, combined with the latest sources, to compile and link. There are still some warning messages that I should fix. The bad news is that it crashes with a GPF. With luck, it will run after I fix all the warnings. I haven't looked at the menus and help files yet. Jonathan
