[Fractdev] Fractal history in WinFract

Tim, I've got the fractal history working in WinFract (and it still works in Fractint and Xfractint). The key strokes are slightly different 'h' and 'H' instead of 'h' and '^h'. This may be fixed in the future when we figure out how to make it work. Jonathan
