Try this instead:

guessing_bug       { ;  Xfractint Version 2003 Patchlevel 1
  reset=2003 type=barnsleyj1 center-mag=-0.917058/-0.068673/2.366667
  params=0.59999999999999998/1.1000000000000001 float=y inside=0
  }

I tried to edit the name and missed, then didn't type reset back in correctly.  
I've also added the Fractint/Xfractint to help identify (automatically) which 
version created the PAR.
