[Fractdev] Winfract zoomout to zoomin switch broken

Tim, The Winfract zoomout to zoomin switch is broken. I broke it between April 25th and May 1st. If you download a release from the repository for those two dates, you should be able to duplicate the problem. I did make some changes on April 30th, but I don't see how they could have affected the zoomout to zoomin menu items. If you get the chance, please take a look. Thanks. Jonathan
