Poets LauraStott and Sunni Brown Wilkinson will read from their work on April 124th at theSalt Lake City Public Library at 7:00 P.M. as part of the City Art ReadingSeries. Laura Stott isthe author of two collections of poetry Inthe Museum of Coming and Going (New Issues Poetry and Prose, 2014) and Blue Nude Migration, a poetry andpainting collaboration set to be released from Lynx House Press in 2020. Herpoems can be found or are forthcoming in various publications, including The Aurorean, Sugar House Review, WesternHumanities Review, Rock and Sling, Copper Nickel, Memorious, and Cutbank. She holds an M.F.A. fromEastern Washington University’s Inland Northwest Center for Writers and teachesat Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Sunni BrownWilkinson’s poetry and essays have been published or are forthcoming in Crab Orchard Review, Sou’wester, CimarronReview, Sugar House Review, BODY, Ascent, and other journals andanthologies. Her poetry collection TheMarriage of the Moon and the Field is forthcoming from Black Lawrence Pressin August. She holds an MFA from Eastern Washington University, teaches atWeber State University, and lives in Ogden with her husband and three youngsons. Most featured readings are followed by an open reading.
