Poets Laura
Stott and Sunni Brown Wilkinson will read from their work on April 124th at the
Salt Lake City Public Library at 7:00 P.M. as part of the City Art Reading
Series.
Laura Stott is the author of two collections of poetry In the Museum of Coming and Going (New Issues Poetry and Prose, 2014) and Blue Nude Migration, a poetry and painting collaboration set to be released from Lynx House Press in 2020. Her poems can be found or are forthcoming in various publications, including The Aurorean, Sugar House Review, Western Humanities Review, Rock and Sling, Copper Nickel, Memorious, and Cutbank. She holds an M.F.A. from Eastern Washington University’s Inland Northwest Center for Writers and teaches at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
Sunni Brown Wilkinson’s poetry and essays have been published or are forthcoming in Crab Orchard Review, Sou’wester, Cimarron Review, Sugar House Review, BODY, Ascent, and other journals and anthologies. Her poetry collection The Marriage of the Moon and the Field is forthcoming from Black Lawrence Press in August. She holds an MFA from Eastern Washington University, teaches at Weber State University, and lives in Ogden with her husband and three young sons.
