ForImmediate Release Contact: City Art Director Joel Long: joeltlong@yahoo.com City ArtPresents Joshua Rivkin, Brandon Som, and Susan Goslee Salt Lake Public Library Main Branch 210 East 400 South Salt Lake City UT 84111 Wednesday Arpil 20th 7:00—9:00 P.M.             Poets Joshua Rivkin, Brandon Som,and Susan Goslee will present their work on April 20th at the SaltLake City Public Library at 7:00 P.M. as part of the City Art ReadingSeries.  Brandon Som is the author of The TributeHorse (Nightboat Books), winner of the 2015 Kate Tufts DiscoveryAward, and the chapbook Babel's Moon (Tupelo Press), winner ofthe Snowbound Prize. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in LitHub,Octopus Magazine, Indiana Review, and Black Warrior Review. Aformer fellow at the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center, he is currently theAnne Newman Sutton Weeks Poet-in-Residence at Westminster College. In the fall,he will be joining the creative writing faculty at the University ofCalifornia, San Diego. JoshuaRivkin's poems and essays have appeared in the New Yorker, VirginiaQuarterly Review, Slate, Best New Poets, andelsewhere. He has received a winter fellowship from the Fine Arts Work Centerin Provincetown, a Stegner Fellowship in poetry from Stanford, a work-study scholarshipfrom the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, and a Fulbright Fellowship to Italy.He is currently working on a nonfiction book about the life and art of CyTwombly.   Susan Goslee’spoems have appeared in such journals as WestBranch, Cimarron Review, The Carolina Quarterly, and Salamander. She teaches at Idaho StateUniversity.Most featuredreadings are followed by an open reading.
