Don't expect any (or not a lot?) of the ZTT era stuff on there... I heard that Universal lost the rights to the ZTT catalog and ZTT is shopping around for a new distributor in the U.S.  I don't think ZTT would give away their best material for a $12 best-of collection.
 
Rhino records is owned by WEA and I heard that WEA UK has picked up the rights to China records.  I'd expect most of the material for this collection to be from that era.

Looks like Rhino Records in the US is releasing a new series of compilations of 80s artists called The Essentials.  On July 2nd they are releasing an Art of Noise disc, listed as remastered.  I can't find any other info on this right now.
