In addition to the good list that Herb posted, I can also recommend the 8-CD set "Diary: How to improve the World (You will only make Matters worse)" released by Wergo. In it, Cage reads a diary from many years, include many very brief stories. It may be more than what you're looking for, but I like it a lot. There's a recording of Cage reading his "Composition in Retrospect" on the Bridge Records CD of his "Sonatas and Interludes". The hardcover edition of his "I-VI" included two cassettes. One was the recording of one of the long mesostics that was included as a CD with the paperback edition, but the other was taken from Question and Answer sessions at the lecture series.
