o.k. - here's an even longer shot. back when we went to 'release' (i.e., install in a box in my closet) our first and only 'neem' (the name of the band) cd, the band had quite a fancy for tim berne's screwgun releases, and the printing job done by fireproof press in chicago (not to mention steve byram's art and design). tracking down the people who did the printing - fireproof press (sorry - i no longer have any contact info) - led us to the people who manufacture the cardbord 'gatefold' sleeves. Unfortunately, I no longer have their contact info either. So, if what you are looking for are those old screwgun style cardboard sleeves, try to track down fireproof press in chicago.
