Dear Colin, I DO have a bookshelf full of media, but I also own a guitar, an effects processor and 2 amplifiers. I have been playing music for longer than Ms. Heurmann has been a filmmaker. so please restrict your condescending remarks to those that may actually deserve them. I just did not like the film. I don't feel like she actually captured that feeling of discovery you described. I do find it commendable that she has taken it upon herself to create a piece of art, it's better than being a corporate stooge, but it's not as good a film as the last one I saw with Zorn in it...the name of the film escapes me at the moment.
