That's right Herb. It's a good idea to find out from local customs what the limit is in terms of import value and declare a value slightly less than that to avoid customs. Another good strategy for buying CDs from overseas is to have the customs label say "sound recordings" rather than "CDs." This helps for both customs and security reasons, since customs people rarely bother with the former designation. I've also found that when you use USPS Global Express rather than other shipping options, you are more likely to get your package without customs delays etc. It costs a slight bit more, but it's worth it.
